This application offers a streamlined solution for splitting restaurant bills among friends, particularly useful when taxes, tips, service charges, additional fees, coupons, and discounts are not included in the listed prices of individual items.

The process involves just three straightforward steps:

• Scan a photo of the receipt to automatically extract the total amount and the prices of individual items; manual editing or inputting is also supported.
• Assign each item to one or more payers as appropriate.
• The app calculates precisely how much each individual should contribute.

Design features include:

• The ability to select and remember your preferred currency for displaying amounts, streamlining future use.
• Multi-selection capabilities for both items and payers during assignment, enhancing efficiency.
• A drag-and-drop feature allowing users to quickly associate item names with recognized prices from the scan.
